Our system should enable customers to perform essential banking activities such as checking their balance, transferring funds, and obtaining financial advice. Effective and secure communication will be crucial among the system, users, and the bank's internal systems. System Interface: The system needs to be available via a secure web interface or mobile application, employing standard protocols such as HTTPS for secure communications. Data Design: Sensitive information, including user data, transaction records, and communication logs, must be encrypted and securely stored. Relational Databases can be utilized to ensure ACID compliance for transactions. Architecture: Adopting a microservices architecture, the system should be divided into several smaller services like Authentication, Transaction, and Communication, with each service maintaining its own database to guarantee data integrity and isolation. Security/Privacy: Implement a range of security measures, including Two-Factor Authentication for service access, JWTs for session management, and encryption for protecting sensitive data.
