Sr Technical Program Manager

Operations & Intake Management Monitor incoming volume of regulatory inquiries across multiple domains and ensure efficient triage and routing. Ensure timely assignment of regulatory inquiries to regulatory engagement teams, balancing workload and expertise. Identify appropriate project management for large, high-impact regulatory inquiries from intake through resolution.

Program Improvement Develop and execute improvement plans that strengthen end-to-end response quality, speed, and consistency. Drive innovation and efficiency in TTG's operations, processes, and digital tools, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and other technologies where appropriate. Partner with engineering, support, and other partner teams to identify gaps and inefficiencies surfaced through regulatory engagements.

Stakeholder Engagement Monitor the health of working relationships with internal stakeholders and partner teams. Develop and implement strategies to improve collaboration, communication, and trust across the regulatory engagement ecosystem. Guidance & Enablement Provide subject-matter guidance to the vendor team supporting the Regulatory Inquiries Program and partner functions on regulatory inquiry handling, escalation paths, and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Experience in Dynamics CRM.

Demonstrated expertise in privacy, digital safety, accessibility, responsible AI and/or related fields, with an understanding of the interplay between these digital regulatory domains. Ability to make risk-based decisions that involve tradeoffs. Ability to persuade, influence, collaborate, and build trust with stakeholders.
