Program Manager - Sustainability

Drive environmental sustainability programs, projects and compliance initiatives, ensuring high service quality and operational excellence. Partner with local and cross-functional teams to implement sustainability programs, resolve issues and support continuous improvement. Promote safety, security and compliance standards, participate in root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.

Manage vendors, auditors, purchase orders, budgets and financial processes to support program delivery and cost control. Monitor service levels, regulatory compliance and operational performance, identifying issues and driving resolution or escalation as needed.Share environmental sustainability best practices, provide training and mentoring, and support knowledge sharing across data centers.

Enterprise-level experience managing large-scale environmental sustainability programs and projects across Europe, with expertise in environmental regulations, circular economy principles, sustainability and environmental management programs and standards such as ISO 50001 and ISO 14001. Bacherlors degree in Energy Sustainability or Energy Engineering.

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Experience with reporting and Power BI.Experience designing and delivering training to staff. Energy Sustainability or Energy Engineering associated Masters. Experience leading diverse, technical workforce or managing global and virtual teams.

Applicable certifications: PMP; ISO 14001, ISO 50001 internal/lead auditor.
