Finance Manager, Revenue & Gross Margin

Lead monthly close, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Develop executive-ready reporting, commentary, and business insights on key growth drivers, risks, and opportunities. Partner across finance, accounting, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment on financial results and reporting.

Own KPI, revenue, and business trend analysis to support decision-making and leadership reviews. Drive financial governance, reporting accuracy, and process improvements. Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Embody our culture and values Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 3+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. Finance, forecasting, and analytical skills.

Ability to influence across organizations and manage complex cross-functional partnerships. Written and verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling. Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive results through others.
