LED displays, landing pages, social media graphics, slide decks, videos)</li><li>Designing print materials (e.g.

Large format signage, booth graphics, corporate swag) and ensuring they are production-ready</li><li>Prepare artwork according to technical specifications</li><li>Design and manage a range of creative assets including illustrations, icons, and layouts</li><li>Create mockups and visualizations of booths and event venues spaces</li><li>Coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth production of designs in a timely manner</li><li>Coordinating with the Marketing team to brainstorm and identify the needs and specifications of the designs</li><li>Coordinating with stakeholders to interpret design briefs, and ensuring designs meet expectations</li><li>Present, justify and defend design decisions to stakeholders</li></ul><h1>Requirements</h1><h3>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design Communications, Graphic Communication, or related field</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)</li><li>Proficiency with motion graphics software (e.g.

After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)</li><li>Proficiency with Figma</li><li>Some experience with 3D software (e.g.

Blender) is highly preferred</li><li>Strong illustration, iconography, and typography skills</li><li>Excellent copywriting and presentation skills is required</li><li>1-2 years of experience with working in a marketing environment and/or design agency is preferred</li><li>Experience with project management is preferred</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</h3><ul><li>Based in Singapore</li><li>Able to work independently with exceptional attention to detail, and achieve required results within deadlines</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, able to cross-collaborate within own and other departments, and with external vendors and agencies</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, able to plan for contingencies and resolving design issues so that projects remain on schedule</li><li>Open to feedback and adapt to changing design requirements and priorities, while having the flexibility to maintain high design standards</li></ul>(REQ ID: 2922)
