Shape a blockbuster AAA title from the ground up. Your Role As Senior Producer, you will take end-to-end ownership of production across the entire studio, ensuring that engineering, gameplay, design, and every other discipline deliver against a shared plan.
Responsibilities
- Own production end-to-end across all teams, including engineering, gameplay, design, and art Run Scrum across the studio, covering sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and release planning Drive day-to-day delivery by unblocking teams, surfacing risks early, and ensuring commitments are met Translate creative and technical vision into realistic, trackable production plans and milestones Maintain a healthy Jira workspace with clean backlogs, accurate estimates, transparent priorities, and meaningful reporting to leadership Work closely with engineering and gameplay leads to balance scope, quality, and timelines Coordinate dependencies between disciplines and keep cross-functional work flowing Identify and remove process friction, establishing lightweight structure that supports the team rather than slowing it down Report progress, risks, and forecasts directly to the CEO and the wider leadership team Requirements 3+ years of production experience in PC or console game development At least one shipped AAA title Deep, hands-on expertise running Scrum at studio scale Confident managing Jira for multiple teams Fluent English (C1 or above) Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany Valid EU work authorization What we offer The opportunity to work on an ambitious AAA title.
