Shape a blockbuster AAA title from the ground up. Your Role As an Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of business processes, optimize workflows, and provide strategic support to our founder and team.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operational tasks and improve internal processes Identify and implement AI tools and automation to streamline workflows across the company Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflows Support business strategy execution Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements Requirements 2+ years in operations, project management, or business administration Hands-on experience improving processes with AI tools Fluent German (C1 or above) Fluent English (C1 or above) Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany Valid EU work authorization What we offer The opportunity to work on an ambitious AAA title.
