Shape a blockbuster AAA title from the ground up. Your Role As an LLM Game Designer, you will shape how NPCs think, talk, and behave in our world. Your core craft is prompting: writing, structuring, and iterating on the prompts that drive NPC personalities, dialogue, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Write, structure, and iterate on prompts driving NPC personalities, dialogue, and behavior Design and refine AI-driven systems for NPC dialogue, reactions, and decisions Build distinct character personalities with consistent voice across interactions Create villager automation systems enabling NPC assistance to players Ensure NPC interactions feel organic, contextual, and event-connected Integrate AI with gameplay teams across quests, economy, and survival mechanics Test, evaluate, and improve prompt quality via playtests and player feedback Requirements 2+ years of professional game design experience Up-to-date knowledge of major LLM models Strong prompt design and iteration skills Experience designing character, dialogue, or story systems Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany Valid EU work authorization What we offer The opportunity to work on an ambitious AAA title.
