Shape a blockbuster AAA title from the ground up. Your Role As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

Assist in business operations, strategy and process optimization Use AI tools and automation to streamline research, reporting and internal workflows Conduct market research and support decision-making Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives Support seed rounds, investor relations, and financial planning Requirements 2+ years in a startup, consulting, VC, or business development role Proven track record of automating workflows with AI tools Hands-on experience in finance or investor relations Fluent German (C1 or above) Fluent English (C1 or above) Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany Valid EU work authorization What we offer The opportunity to work on an ambitious AAA title.
