Shape a blockbuster AAA title from the ground up. Your Role As Community Manager, you will build the welevel community from the ground up. We are pre-launch with a small group of early players already on board, and you will be the one shaping how the wider community grows, how players talk about SolidRiver, and how they connect with us and with each other.
You will own our presence across social media, Discord, and other community spaces, work directly with creators and streamers, and bring real player feedback back into the studio.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow our community across Discord, Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including posts, short videos, and memes Run our Discord server and any forum spaces, set the tone, and moderate as the community grows Identify and build relationships with streamers, content creators, and influencers in the survival and RPG space Plan and run community events, beta programs, and creator outreach as we move toward launch Listen to players, surface insights and feedback, and feed them back into the development team Collaborate with marketing, PR, and the dev team to align community work with the wider studio narrative Track and report on community growth, sentiment, and engagement Requirements Experience building an online gaming community (e.g. on Discord) First-hand experience in survival and RPG communities Experience creating gaming content that drives participation Fluent German (C1 or above) Fluent English (C1 or above) Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany Valid EU work authorization What we offer The opportunity to work on an ambitious AAA title.
