YOUR IMPACT As a Lead Consultant (ECM Solutions), you will lead enterprise clients through complex digital transformation initiatives using OpenText Content Management, Extended ECM, AI-powered solutions, and cloud technologies.

You will act as a trusted advisor from discovery and solution design through implementation and adoption, partnering closely with Delivery, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Client Success teams. You'll also play a key role in mentoring consultants while staying hands-on in the design, customization, integration, and deployment of enterprise solutions.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS Lead enterprise-scale OpenText Content Management modernization and migration projects Partner directly with clients as a trusted business and technical advisor Facilitate discovery, architecture, AI, and automation workshops with senior stakeholders Influence solution strategy across ECM, Information Governance, Cloud, and AI initiatives Stay hands-on with solution configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and deployments Support strategic pre-sales pursuits, solution demonstrations, and client presentations Mentor and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants while shaping technical excellence WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and consulting teams Track record of designing and delivering Enterprise Content Management solutions Strong hands-on expertise with Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and enterprise integrations Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise software in cloud and hybrid environments Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, and prompt engineering Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills in client-facing environment Professional fluency in German and English ONE LAST THING At OpenText, you'll join a culture built on trust, accountability, innovation, and collaboration, where you're empowered to take ownership and make a real impact.
