The Role

We’re looking for someone to create the environment where one of the world’s most ambitious robotics teams does its best work. As Weave’s Workplace Coordinator, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of our office, helping engineers stay focused, new employees feel welcome, and every team have what they need to build extraordinary products. If you care deeply about Weave’s mission to build helpful, delightful robots and intuitively know how to remove friction before anyone notices it, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily workplace operations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues for deliveries, security, janitorial, catering, and pantry needs.
  • Provide support for HR and IT needs for onboarding, and equipment desk setup Assemble furniture and set up or break down conference rooms and event spaces for meetings and internal events Support office moves, additions, and changes, including relocating desks, chairs, equipment, and supplies Assist with scheduling repairs, maintenance, service requests, and general property management to ensure timely resolution for facilities needs Assist with vendor management to ensure the office is well-supplied and operates efficiently Collaborate on office events and initiatives, such as happy hours and seasonal gatherings, to foster a positive workplace culture Partner with and support multiple teams’ needs, including HR, Finance, IT, and leadership team Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as needed What You'll Bring Workplace operations experience: 3+ years supporting office operations, workplace experience, facilities, hospitality, or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organization: Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requests and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.
  • Operational excellence: Comfortable developing and improving processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and reliable.
