Overview
VTG is seeking a Network Engineer V to strategically safeguard critical national security interests by leveraging advanced network intelligence and precision-targeted cyber capabilities. This mission-critical role will directly contribute to intelligence superiority by transforming complex data into strategic operational advantages.
What will you do?
The Network Engineer is responsible for designing technical solutions for complex network infrastructure.
Define network architecture to support the implementation of secure and reliable networks.
Responsible for ensuring that technical solutions leverage industry best practices and are designed to meet industry accepted security requirements.
Candidate should be able to define internal and external customer IT infrastructure and architecture needs and then design solutions to meet those needs including capacity planning, systems configuration and tuning, monitoring network performance, and installations of hardware/software.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (equivalent military training may be considered)
16 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network exploitation, or related fields.
An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Experience in defining, maintaining, and upgrading the overall security posture of the networks.
