What you’ll be doing...
Drive the development and implementation of AI-infused network use cases and ML solutions with cross-functional teams to deliver business value. Provide technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive innovation in AI/ML capabilities across the organization. Guide the modernization of existing AI apps or build new ones.
Work closely with Product Management and Data Scientists/Data Engineers to build and constantly drive excellence. Responsible for implementation, performance tuning, and scaling AI/ML applications. Provide guidance to the team with regards to planning, configuring, deploying, and operating cloud solutions.
Contribute to the company’s multi-year journey to industrialize data science and AI capabilities across operations. Ensure AI fuels all decisions and business processes across the company, potentially scaling from billions to trillions of automated, real-time predictions. Lead the charter to industrialize AI/ML model development, feature engineering, model validation, deployment, and model observability.
Mentor and guide teams in modeling and delivery of AI/ML solutions. Participate in internal and external forums to promote innovation and knowledge sharing. Articulate the story behind AI/ML solutions at every stage through executive presentations.
What we’re looking for...
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include:
6 years in the following: software engineering; data engineering; ML Model training;
4 years in the following: Python, data analysis; SQL or Data Mining; ML Model Deployment; and
2 years in the following: system design.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 4 years of experience in the above to include 2 years in the following: system design.
Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
RATE OF PAY: $189,592 to $231,000 per year

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
