Home Inside Sales Representative (Hyderbad) 2 - 4 Years Hyderabad Full-Time Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Experience: 2–4 Years Industry: MSME / Industrial Sales Role Overview We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate, qualify, and nurture MSME leads through calls and digital platforms and hand over qualified opportunities to the Field Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify MSME leads using lead-generation and CRM platforms.
• Make outbound and inbound calls to MSME owners and decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements, business profile, and energy-related needs.
• Qualify leads based on business potential, requirement, location, and decision-maker availability.
• Explain the product at a basic level using FAQs and supporting sales materials.
• Schedule qualified leads for Field Sales/site visits.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, follow-ups, and customer feedback in CRM.
• Handle initial objections and escalate technical queries when required.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead qualification, and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
• Prior MSME/SME or industrial sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Comfortable with cold calling, outbound/inbound calling, lead qualification, and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and data entry.
• Comfortable working with lead-generation and sales platforms.
