About Veho
Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone. We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers. Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience.
We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like HelloFresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more. To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission.
As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities. About This RoleHealthcare is Veho's next vertical, and this is the role that opens it.Veho has built a 99%+ on-time delivery network with real-time visibility, flexible delivery windows, and doorstep-level control over the customer experience.
Those capabilities matter to any ecommerce brand. They matter more when the package is a 30-day prescription refill, a CGM sensor, a diagnostic collection kit, or a specialty therapy that has to arrive intact and on the right day. Missed deliveries in consumer retail cost a sale.
In healthcare they cost adherence, patient outcomes, and a re-ship at manufacturer cost. This person is the first dedicated seller into that market.
They will own the full cycle outbound prospecting, discovery, solution design with our Product and Ops teams, pricing, close, and launch across digital pharmacy and telehealth, mail-order and specialty pharmacy, at-home diagnostics and lab logistics, medical devices and durable medical equipment, and healthcare-adjacent supply distributors. They will also help decide what the vertical becomes. Veho's healthcare go-to-market is not a finished product with a pricing sheet and three case studies.
This person will carry a multi-million dollar annual target while feeding real market signals back into Product about what compliance posture, chain-of-custody, temperature-controlled handling, and integration requirements we need to build to win the next tier of accounts. They will have BDR support and best-in-class tooling, and will be expected to build 3–5x pipeline coverage largely on their own. This is not an inbound-heavy motion in an established category.
It is a first-seller role in a vertical where the buyer has heard the pitch from every carrier and has real reasons to be skeptical. What You'll OwnA multi-million dollar annual new-logo target across healthcare and healthcare-adjacent shippersSelf-sourced pipeline at 3–5x coverage, with BDR and AI-assisted prospecting supportComplex sales cycles spanning Supply Chain, Pharmacy Operations, Patient Experience, Compliance, Legal, IT, and the C-suiteThe business case that gets Veho through healthcare procurement and vendor risk reviewDeal structure and pricing on long-term contracts, in partnership with Finance and OpsA clean handoff to Client Success at launch, including the account's growth pathMarket feedback that shapes Veho's healthcare product roadmap and messagingRole Requirements7+ years of enterprise sales experience with consistent attainment against multi-million dollar quotasA proven net-new logo record; you have won recognizable names, not just grown accounts you inheritedExperience selling into healthcare, or a credible adjacent path (pharma supply chain, healthcare SaaS, med device, payer/provider services, cold chain).
You should be able to hold your own in a conversation about why a pharmacy operates the way it does.Deals closed through healthcare buying committees; where Compliance, Legal, and IT security review are gates, not formalities, and the cycle is measured in quartersComfort with outbound-led pipeline generation. You do not wait for marketing.Startup or high-growth experience where you helped write the playbook rather than inherit oneYou Could Be a Great Fit IfYou speak the buyer's language.
You understand adherence, refill windows, patient experience scores, cold chain integrity, and what a compliance officer is actually worried about. You do not need a glossary to run discovery. You hunt. You self-source the majority of your pipeline and go find the right accounts rather than waiting for leads. You sell with insight, not pressure.
You connect operational pain to strategic priorities and build a case for change. You earn trust before you ask for a signature — which is the only way this works in a category where the buyer is protecting patients. You navigate complexity. You map champions, build consensus across clinical, operational, and commercial stakeholders, and keep momentum through security review without losing control of the process. You are honest about what the product does today.
Overselling capability in healthcare does not just lose a renewal; it creates real risk. You sell what we can deliver and push Product on the rest. You are data-driven and operationally sharp. Your CRM is current, you know your pipeline metrics cold, and you can run a deal review with precision. You are resilient and competitive.
You have thrived in high-rejection environments and don't need hand-holding — you need a strong product and a clear target. You raise the bar around you. You share what's working, challenge what isn't, and make the people near you better. You May Not Be a Great Fit IfYou dislike prospecting. Enterprise AEs at Veho own their pipeline and generate a significant share of their own deals. You take the first no.
Veho is a challenger brand. In healthcare, the first no often means the buyer hasn't seen how the model changes their cost and service math yet.You prefer to farm. This is a net-new acquisition.
Expansion and renewal sit with your Client Success partner. You need a fully built playbook. We have a signal, a strong core product, and an early healthcare story. You will help shape the motion, the messaging, and the pricing. You want short cycles.
Healthcare deals involve multiple stakeholders, security and compliance review, and pilot phases. Patience and persistence are required. You are uncomfortable saying "not yet." Some healthcare requirements are on our roadmap rather than in production.
