Your missionThe Enterprise Sales Executive will cover regional and community banks and credit unions across the north east, building UiPath's presence with these institutions and their leadership teams.
They work every day across the C-Suite, Digital Transformation, AI/Automation COE's, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver value through UiPath's automation and AI platform.We provide tools that help regional banks and credit unions streamline operations, improve accuracy, reduce risk, enhance compliance, and free employees to focus on member and customer relationships instead of manual back-office work.
You will be challenged and supported by the best in the industry as you build trusted relationships and pave your own path to success.What you'll do at UiPathAssess territory potential and develop a sales strategy to maximize UiPath revenue across regional bank and credit union accountsAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedulesEvangelize the UiPath brand by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions through a value-selling approach tailored to the resource constraints and priorities of mid-sized financial institutionsEducate customers on how UiPath can improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, strengthen controls, and support digital transformation without requiring the large technology budgets or IT staffs common at money-center banksEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships across the territory, including with executive leadership, boards, and operations teams at community-oriented institutionsDevelop trusted relationships with local and regional partners, core banking providers, and systems integrators that serve community banks and credit unions to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementationsPartner with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers receive maximum value and customer issues are addressed quicklyMonitor industry competitors, new products, regulatory trends, and market conditions affecting regional banks and credit unions to understand customer needsCollaborate internally with sales executives and cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practicesExplore ways to incorporate automation into daily work and into core banking, lending, deposit operations, and member services workflowsWhat you'll bring to the team7+ years of solution/value selling experience3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to regional banks, community banks, and/or credit unions preferredDemonstrated expertise communicating artificial intelligence capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives, Digital Transformation teams, and AI Centers of Excellence at mid-sized financial institutionsAbility to translate complex AI and automation concepts into business outcomes such as cost reduction, improved controls, faster loan and account processing, risk mitigation, and enhanced member/customer experienceFamiliarity with regional banking and credit union priorities such as regulatory compliance (FDIC, OCC, state banking departments, NCUA), fraud prevention, KYC/AML/BSA, audit readiness, core banking system integration, loan origination and servicing, deposit operations, and member/customer onboardingAbility to communicate new and complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates strong demand for the solutionSuccessful year-over-year quota attainment and experience growing an enterprise client portfolioProven success consistently selling new business and new logosHigh aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externallyAbility to navigate complex client organizations and develop key relationships across multiple departments and leadership levels, including the C-suite and board-level stakeholders common at community banks and credit unionsAbility to provide valuable insights into improving customers' business operationsResearch and data-driven approach to account planning, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities from business-led discussionsBachelor's degree preferredAbility to travel approximately 50%Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States#LI-BS1Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
