What will you do at TradingView?

We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Responsibilities

• Lead Team Leads, including succession and workforce planning • Own delivery across multiple frontend teams, ensuring alignment and predictable execution • Drive a data-informed engineering culture (metrics, quality, efficiency) • Maintain high standards of frontend architecture and overall tech health • Ensure synergy across core products • Build and scale an org of ~25 engineers via Team Leads • Identify and resolve systemic delivery and engineering issues proactively What makes you the perfect fit 5+ years of frontend experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles Strong experience with React and TypeScript in large-scale systems Deep architectural expertise (build systems, CI/CD, modular architecture) Experience with platforms, design systems, or developer tools Proven ability to lead teams and influence technical direction What we offer you Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format Well-equipped offices for focused and collaborative work A global, distributed team of 500+ professionals Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth Relocation support and private health insurance Performance-based bonuses TradingView Premium access Regular team events and company-wide meetups Join the TradingView team and help us build a product used by millions of traders and investors worldwide.
