About the role
What will you do at TradingView?
TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries. We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
About the team
Our mission is to drive the growth and adoption of TradingView's B2B products across high-growth global markets. We don't just manage accounts — we build strategic alliances with brokers, exchanges, and fintech platforms, own the full sales lifecycle, and stay with our clients well past signature. To fuel our next phase of expansion, we are hiring a Growth Manager for Spain and Latam.
Native or professional fluency in Spanish i s required, alongside professional English. As a Growth Manager, you are the point of contact our institutional clients trust. You own the full lifecycle with each institution — sourcing, pitch, negotiation, integration, and the volume that comes after — along with product adoption and new revenue in your market.
You carry your own numbers and real room to decide how you reach them.
Responsibilities
- Build and run your own outbound pipeline of financial institutions, brokers, fintech platforms, and media companies.
- Manage inbound partnership requests from first contact through to signed agreement.
- Diagnose each institution's commercial goal before proposing anything, and build the proposal and pitch on that.
- Position the full spectrum of TradingView products against what each partner actually needs.
- Carry partners through technical integration until the deal produces volume, not just until signature — reviewing technical team responses so the communication stays client-friendly throughout.
- Collect market signals from partners and feed it back to product and business.
- Own a rigorous 'test and learn' methodology: measure, adjust, and drop what does not work quickly.
- Grow TradingView's standing with institutions in your market, and contribute to it globally.
- What makes you the perfect fit Native or professional fluency in Spanish, plus strong professional English, written and spoken 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships with brokers and financial institutions: identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving partnerships from first conversation through negotiation and long-term growth.
- Working knowledge of financial markets and brokerage ecosystems, including trading platforms and how financial institutions operate.
- You are familiar with TradingView and understand our product from the user’s perspective.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
- You take ownership of your commitments and consistently meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM What we offer This role can be fully remote from anywhere in Spain or hybrid from our Málaga office.
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format (4 days in the office, 1 day remotely) A global, distributed team of 600+ professionals Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth Private health insurance with dental coverage Performance-based bonuses TradingView Premium access Regular team events and company-wide meetups You will play a key role in scaling TradingView's presence in one of the most dynamic trading markets globally, working with leading brokers, exchanges, and fintech platforms while shaping the future of how millions of users interact with financial markets.
- TradingView is an equal opportunity employer.
- We embrace diversity and are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Our success is driven by 600+ professionals from 40+ countries who speak nearly 20 languages.
