Powered by a combination of human analysts and technology, we help Venture Capital firms, Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Corporates.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Manager at Tracxn, you’ll own the roadmap for your product modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You’ll translate user needs into clear product requirements, drive execution with design and engineering teams, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position by mentoring others and shaping Tracxn’s product strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Ownership & Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for assigned modules in alignment with business goals. Build clear use cases, write crisp PRDs, and translate customer needs into actionable features. Support all product decisions with data, insights, and research-driven validation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Engage with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and drive alignment. Foster collaboration across teams to deliver solutions that enhance user and business value.

Delivery & Quality: Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs to track success and identify improvement areas. Continuously iterate based on performance data and user feedback to optimize experience.

Leadership & Growth: Work closely with the VP of Product to drive key strategic initiatives and product evolution. Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of learning and ownership. Take proactive ownership in scaling product processes and contributing to team growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of experience in product management , preferably in B2B SaaS. Strong problem-solving mindset with an ability to think from first principles. Aptitude to learn and apply technical concepts; coding knowledge not required.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail. A team player with empathy and a “get-it-done” execution mindset. Preferred: experience working with enterprise research, analytics, or investment-intelligence products.

Preferred: prior experience mentoring or managing junior product managers. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT TRACXN Fixed work timings — 9 hrs × 5 days. Respect for personal time; no taking work home.
