At Teya, we help businesses simplify their operations through smart payment and software solutions that create real value in everyday work.Our sales team is made up of driven people where strong teamwork is key.
You will become an important part of a team working towards shared goals, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with prospective customers.We value professionalism, transparency, and a great customer experience, and we are looking for someone with an interest in sales who is eager to grow and develop their skills as part of a strong team in an international environment.Key responsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities and prospective customersProactively engage with potential customers and build strong business relationshipsUnderstand customer needs and present Teya’s solutionsPrepare offers and manage follow-upsConduct market and company analysis as neededWork towards sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM systemCollaborate with internal teams as neededRequirements and qualificationsExcellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and a positive mindsetHigh level of initiative, drive, and ambition to succeedAbility to work independently as well as closely with a teamSolution-oriented with a growth mindsetInterest in sales, technology, and digital solutionsFluent in Icelandic and English, both written and spokenPrevious experience in sales or customer service is an advantageExperience in selling software solutions is an advantageKnowledge of EPOS- and accounting systems is an advantageCompensation and benefitsOpportunity for performance-based bonuses/commissionFlexible working hoursFree access to light snacks during working hoursSubsidized lunch in the company cafeteriaFitness allowance and additional benefits through SSF unionAnnual health screening and mental health supportOpportunity to grow within an international companyGreat workplace culture, regular events, and an active social committeeApplications will be reviewed as they are received.
