【Role Summary】 This role will build and lead our internal finance and accounting function. You will establish core processes across bookkeeping, cost accounting, closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation, while driving the transition from external to in-house operations. The position also partners closely with management on budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and government grant-related tasks.

It is a hands-on role suited for someone who can build processes from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
