About the Role

As an Escrow Support Specialist on the Mainstay National Title (MNT) Post Closing - Recording team, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to the post-closing process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing the executed lender and escrow documents received for closing disbursement to ensure they align with the information on the settlement statement and other details in ResWare and submitting documents to the county for recording.

Attention to detail and effective communication with closers at MNT are essential for this role.Role

• Review and determine the accuracy of all filesScan physical documents into ReswareSubmit closing documents to the county for recordingSend executed closing documents to lenderSend recorded documents to the client and the lenderParticipate in learning and development activities to expand knowledge baseSupport the MNT Markets as applicableOther related duties as assigned or requested.Satisfy Texas licensed activities as applicableSkills Needed:Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment, managing customer and client facing conversationsExperience in the closing/legal industry, reviewing and assessing a variety of real estate documentsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and in a time-sensitive environmentFlexibility to shift focus throughout the day depending on market prioritiesExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite productsAttention to detailOrganized and able to multitaskGood problem-solving skillsMust be able to work in-officeBonus Points if:BA/BS from an accredited institutionExperience with ReswareLocation:This role requires all job responsibilities to be performed in the office, Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Candidates must be based within a 50-mile commuting distance of the Plano, Texas office.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.46 - $29.33/hr. Pay within this range depends on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range for the job location during the hiring process.
