Senior Finance Manager, Cloud Accounting

Perform Accounting and Supply Chain asset management to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Design and execute scalable accounting and reporting solutions to enable stakeholders with optimal and compliant systems and processes, and key analysis and insights. Partner with finance to drive insight and clarity on accounting and asset management guidance to help inform business decisions and financial planning (forecast, targets, and long-range planning).

Participate with a high performing team, adding to thought leadership for Cloud Controllership and Enablement. Collaborate with global stakeholders to meet regulatory, statutory, audit and compliance requirements. Build and manage close partnerships with teams across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Business.

Embody our culture and values Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.

MBA and/or CPA preferred. Previous accounting experience in operational accounting, Cloud, supply chain, fixed assets, and/or multi-national companies. Solid analytical, collaboration, and time management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Solid understanding of GAAP, Internal Controls, and SOX. Demonstrated systems and process improvement experience.

Highly collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, and creating effective internal business partnerships. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, while having attention to detail excellence and working under deadlines.
