About the role

What will you do at Swiftkey?

Lead operational service development across the IT lifecycle, identifying complex opportunities, service gaps and improvement areas across DCOPS using customer, business and performance insights. Shape and deliver change initiatives by defining program goals, priorities, success criteria, OKRs and KPIs, and using data to guide decisions, risks and trade-offs.

Drive end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement, from validating use cases and developing staging and mobilisation plans through to monitoring outcomes, quality and performance. Drive governance and operational performance, establishing processes, monitoring performance requirements and standards, and maintaining stakeholder accountability throughout the project delivery lifecycle.

Use performance data and customer and staff insights to improve services, identifying trends and opportunities and providing recommendations and insights to the GM, DCOPS leadership and partner teams. Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
