Best Workplaces.We're looking for a Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes.

You're analytical, people-savvy, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels.What You'll DoOwn the full internal project lifecycle — from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementationConduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirementsBridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stageIdentify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategiesLead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflowsLead change management efforts, staying flexible and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomesCollect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutionsPrepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior managementProactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teamsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of project management experienceHands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiencesData-driven approach to decision-makingExperience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processesStrong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirementsEnglish B2 or aboveWe strive to make our hiring process fair and comfortable for all candidates.
