Our work is highly cross-functional and we partner closely with Product Management, Finance, and Sales to tackle some of Stripe's most visible and commercially impactful decisions.

We're looking for someone who can blend financial analysis, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and operational rigor to help us price new products and evaluate their pricing performance as the products evolve.What you’ll doYou will support the development and execution of pricing and packaging strategies across Stripe’s existing and upcoming products.

Working at the intersection of Product development, Go-to-Market, and financial planning, you will analyze pricing questions, develop recommendations, and help cross-functional teams move from insight to execution.You will also play an important role in strengthening how the Pricing Strategy team operates - bringing structure and consistency to recurring processes, improving visibility into the team’s work, and identifying opportunities to help the team scale and increase impact.ResponsibilitiesBuild an understanding of the value Stripe’s products deliver to users and how they compare with relevant alternativesDrive alignment across Finance, Legal, Product, and Go-to-Market stakeholders on pricing proposals and bring them to executionLeverage internal and research data to build financial models to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue, margin, and user behaviorContribute to scalable tools and processes that help the Pricing Strategy team work more consistently and efficientlyWho you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.

The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum requirements3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, strategy, operations, finance, product, or management consulting, ideally involving pricing, go-to-market, product recommendations, or other strategic business questionsExperience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research on product needs and value perceptions, as well as market research and competitive benchmarkingExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively work with functions across the companyPreferred qualificationsDemonstrated ability to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholdersKnowledge of the payments ecosystem and value chain, knowledge of software and AI industry pricing model and trendsAbility to maintain high performance under tight timelines, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get any job doneStrong data acumen and background in data and/or financial analysis preferred, SQL or AI experience a plus
