We match great people to great companies, faster than any recruiter alive. The product works. What we don’t have enough of is people out there finding the talent and putting it in front of our clients.
That’s this job. You find outstanding candidates, get them onto Standout, and get them intro’d to companies that will hire them. Every step of that pays you.
What you actually do all day Hunt. LinkedIn, GitHub, Discord servers, university clubs, WhatsApp groups, alumni Slacks, in person at meetups. Wherever the good ones are hiding.
Reach out cold and get replies. Dozens a day, not five. Get them signed up and their profile complete.
Push intros to our client companies and chase them until someone books an interview. Ring the bell when they get hired. You will be measured on four numbers, on a leaderboard, updated live: outreach sent, signups activated, intros accepted, hires made.
Everyone sees everyone’s. The first two months August: El Salvador. We fly you out.
Hacker house, everyone under one roof, working the same hours, eating together, no commute, no distractions. This is where you learn the job and where we find out who you are. September onward: San Francisco.
Five days a week in the office. Not hybrid, not “flexible.” We’re small, we move fast, and that only works in a room.
Who this is for 0-2 years out of school. Sales, recruiting, startup, or nothing at all. We care what you did, not where.
You’ve competed at something seriously. Sport, debate, chess, sales floor, poker, anything with a scoreboard and a loser. You get a genuine kick out of watching a number go up and figuring out what moved it.
You’d rather send 200 messages and learn what works than write the perfect one. Rejection annoys you for about four seconds. Don’t apply if you want a playbook, a ramp period, or a manager checking in.
We’ll teach you the product in a week and then you’re on the board.
