About the role

What will you do at Spotnana?

THE OPPORTUNITY AHEAD

* Productize the Portal: Convert today’s custom portal implementations into a

standard, configurable, multi-tenant product with clear packaging, pricing

inputs, and self-service capabilities — so we stop selling one-off portals

and start selling a product.

* Partner-led Distribution: Define the roadmap for the productized corporate

portal offering sold with and through partners.

* Customer Experience: Deliver a differentiated, modern user experience for

corporate clients, travel management companies, and travel sellers built on

Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service platform.

* Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the portal product roadmap,

prioritizing features based on business impact, partner requirements, and

customer needs.

* Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, partner

teams, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver, launch, and scale

the portal product.

* Product Performance: Define success metrics for portal adoption,

implementation time, and partner-sourced revenue; monitor and continuously

improve.

EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

* 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology

product environment within the travel industry.

* Proven experience productizing custom or services-heavy offerings into

scalable, configurable software products (multi-tenant SaaS, white-label, or

platform products).

* Experience building products sold through or in partnership with channel or

OEM partners. Familiarity with travel technology ecosystems—such as Global

Distribution Systems (GDS), Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Property

Management Systems (PMS), or Central Reservation Systems (CRS)—is a plus, but

not required.

* Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role, with the ability to

stay closely connected to the customer’s needs.

* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional

teams and external partners

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Deep understanding of customer needs and a customer-focused approach

* Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product

throughout its lifecycle

* Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software

development, APIs, and web technologies

* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and

roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or

equivalent practical experience. An MBA would be a plus.

working primarily Eastern Time hours to collaborate effectively with colleagues

and partners across the U.S., Europe, and India.

U.S., with occasional international travel.
