We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to own activation, onboarding, and time-to-value across the Launch experience.This role is ideal for a highly analytical, customer-obsessed builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys combining product management, experimentation, customer research, and hands-on problem solving.
You will work directly with fintech customers, run rapid growth experiments, and help shape the future of Socure's PLG motion.What You'll OwnActivation & Product-Led GrowthOwn the end-to-end Launch activation funnel, from signup through first meaningful production usage.Define and optimize activation metrics, onboarding success criteria, and time-to-valueDesign and run rapid experiments across onboarding, product experience, packaging, and messagingIdentify friction points through funnel analysis, customer behavior data, and direct customer feedbackTranslate learnings into product improvements that drive measurable growthFintech Customer InsightsDevelop a deep understanding of fintech customer workflows and needs.Conduct customer interviews, onboarding reviews, and integration discovery sessionsIdentify unmet needs across identity, compliance, onboarding, and trust workflowsTurn customer insights into product recommendations, roadmap priorities, and scalable playbooksEcosystem & Channel GrowthPartner with key fintech ecosystems and growth channels.Support onboarding experiences for VC, accelerator, embedded finance, and platform partnershipsIdentify repeatable patterns that improve activation and retention within strategic customer segmentsHelp shape product experiences tailored to fintech and developer-first customersBuilding for ScaleOperate as an owner in a fast-growing business.Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Solutions Engineering, Support, and GTM teamsCreate the instrumentation, reporting, and operational foundations needed to scale Launch efficientlyConvert recurring customer and operational challenges into productized solutionsWho You Are2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, or a similar roleExperience in fintech or adjacent markets such as payments, banking, lending, identity, fraud, or complianceStrong analytical skills with experience using product analytics, SQL, BI tools, or experimentation frameworksDemonstrated ability to ship products, features, experiments, or process improvements end-to-endComfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments with high ownership and limited structureMost importantly, you are:Experiment-driven: You use data and rapid testing to drive decisions.Customer-obsessed: You spend time with customers and seek firsthand understanding of their problems.High-agency: You move between strategy, execution, analysis, and operational work without waiting for direction.Builder-minded: You enjoy creating scalable systems, not just identifying problems.Success MeasuresSuccess in this role will be measured through improvements in:Activation rateTime-to-first-valueOnboarding completionEarly retention and engagementPartner and ecosystem-sourced growthSocure is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in all its forms within our company.
