About the role
What will you do at Slash?
We are looking for a Product Manager with 5-9 years of experience to own and scale Slash's Enterprise Finance product suite — making our platform ready for large organizations with thousands of employees. You'll be the founding PM for this initiative, working 0-to-1 on accounting integrations, AR, AP, and expense management to unlock enterprise-grade customers. What will you be doing?
Own the end-to-end roadmap for Enterprise Finance — ramping up accounting integrations (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Xero) so enterprise controllers can actually evaluate and adopt Slash Work directly with customers and enterprise sales to gather feedback, prioritize features, and unblock high-value deals Collaborate daily with engineers to ship product iterations at startup speed — you set the priorities, they build Design intuitive UX for complex finance workflows (50/50 product and design ownership) using AI prototyping tools like Cursor and Replit Translate insights from enterprise prospects, conferences, and industry research into a clear product strategy Key Requirements 5-9 years of product management experience, ideally at a fintech or company building accounting/finance products (e.g., Bill.com, Ramp, Mercury, Coinbase) Hands-on experience building or working closely with accounting, AP/AR, or ERP integration products — not just adjacent exposure Strong design sensibility — able to evaluate and drive intuitive UI/UX for complex finance workflows Comfortable vibe coding and using AI prototyping tools (Cursor, Replit, Claude Code) plus Figma, Linear, and Notion High-agency, 0-to-1 mindset — thrives in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment with long hours and full ownership
