We are still in a true zero-to-one phase.As our first Customer Security Engineer (pentest), you will own the end-to-end delivery of white-glove pentesting services by guiding customers before, during, and after tests and turning findings into clear, actionable next steps.ResponsibilitiesGuide customers end-to-end through their pentests (before, during, and after), helping them get maximum value from the product and ensuring smooth, high-quality engagements.Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, answering deep technical questions around test setups, scope, results and validating potential false positives.Translate findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and effectively remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a way that fits their architecture and development workflows.Collaborate closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real-world customer insights back into the product to improve accuracy, usability, and impact.
