Drive the design, development, and enhancement of core features and functionalities of our observability platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable and reliable solutions Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring a team of talented software engineers to achieve technical excellence and deliver high-quality code Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient systems that meet the demands of our growing customer base Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, constantly researching and experimenting with innovative solutions to enhance our observability platform Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, advocating for best practices and promoting a collaborative work environment Be proactive in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, applying optimizations, and maintaining the stability and availability of our platform Encourage a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the engineering team, sharing knowledge and promoting professional growth You should apply if 6+ years of experience in Backend engineering roles.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks. Work with HTTP protocols to build scalable and reliable APIs. Collaborate on solutions leveraging technologies such as Spring, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, message brokers, and GitHub .

Ensure strong focus on performance optimization, debugging, and log management across services. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues. Contribute to improving deployment and containerization workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features in a SaaS environment. (Nice to have) Utilize AWS services for building and scaling cloud-native solutions. Why join us?
