<h1>Legal Project Manager</h1><p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p><ul><li>Partner closely with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to translate legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements into scalable business processes and operational workflows.</li><li>Lead and coordinate legal team initiatives across Product, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and other business functions.</li><li>Optimize and maintain internal processes and workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across teams.</li><li>Develop, update, and maintain internal guidelines, process documentation, and internal resources.</li><li>Review customer-facing experiences including product features, partnerships, lifecycle communications, and other initiatives to identify risks before launch.</li><li>Assist in developing scalable operational controls and monitoring processes that improve visibility into customer experiences and evolving legal and business requirements.</li><li>Identify opportunities to leverage AI, and automated tooling to streamline legal workflows and reduce manual effort.</li><li>Partner with internal teams to develop creative solutions that support business objectives and growth while appropriately managing legal and regulatory risk.</li><li>Assist with legal research and special projects related to financial products, consumer protection, privacy, marketing, and other emerging legal initiatives.</li><li>Support contract administration and other legal operations initiatives as needed.</li></ul><p>ABOUT YOU</p><ul><li>You have 3+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, compliance, business operations, or a similar cross-functional role.</li><li>You enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and are excited by opportunities to build new processes rather than simply follow existing ones.</li><li>You have experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.</li><li>You're comfortable interpreting complex legal, regulatory, or operational concepts and communicating them clearly to both legal and business teams.</li><li>You naturally think in systems and are always looking for ways to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and create scalable solutions.</li><li>You're excited by new technology and enjoy exploring how AI, automation, and internal tools can improve the way work gets done.</li></ul><p>Additional Positive Skills</p><ul><li>Experience working in fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.</li><li>Familiarity with consumer protection, advertising, privacy, or financial services regulations is a plus.</li><li>Experience with tools like Figma, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools</li></ul><p><strong>WE OFFER 💫</strong></p><ul><li>Health, Dental & Vision Plans</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Long/Short Term Disability</li><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>401k Matching</li><li>Team Member Stock Purchasing Program (TMSPP)</li><li>Learning & Development Opportunities</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li><li>Daily Lunch, Snacks & Coffee (in-office only)</li><li>Commuter benefits (in-office only)</li></ul><p>Salary range: $75,000 – $95,000/year + bonus + benefits.
