About the role

What will you do at Raydar?

About the company

Our client is a fast-growing developer infrastructure company that operates a global bare-metal compute fleet for modern software teams. Its platform runs tens of millions of lightweight virtual machines each month, supports thousands of customers, and is expanding from continuous integration into secure agent sandboxes and coding automation. The company has raised $58.5M through Series B, has grown revenue more than fivefold this year, and is intentionally building a small, high-caliber team.

The role and why it matters

This is the product leader for enterprise readiness across a multi-product developer platform. You will operate like a general manager for the enterprise segment, translating security reviews, procurement blockers, customer needs, and seven-figure deal cycles into a focused roadmap.

What you'll do

• Own the enterprise readiness roadmap across continuous integration, agent sandboxes, and coding automation products.

• Drive security, audit, and compliance capabilities including SOC 2, ISO 27001, SIEM integrations, trust documentation, and enterprise review workflows.

• Define and deliver identity and administration features such as SSO, SAML, RBAC, organization management, and least-privilege integrations.

• Lead enterprise networking initiatives including static egress, private connectivity, and tenant isolation.

• Build usage, cost, attribution, observability, and cost-management APIs.

• Work directly with enterprise buyers, sales, and engineering to turn procurement blockers and proof-of-concept feedback into product priorities.

• Own enterprise packaging and pricing with go-to-market leaders.

What we're looking for

• 4 to 10 years of product management experience.

• Direct experience shipping enterprise capabilities for an infrastructure, cloud, security, or developer-tools product.

• A track record taking a technical product from startup-ready to enterprise-ready.

• Strong working knowledge of SSO, RBAC, audit logging, security reviews, and compliance programs.

• Comfort operating across multiple product lines in a lean, fast-moving startup.

• Ability to engage credibly with infrastructure engineers, security teams, procurement leaders, and enterprise executives.

• Strong product judgment, executive communication, and ownership of business outcomes.

Bonus points

• Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD systems, bare-metal compute, lightweight virtualization, distributed storage, or cloud networking.

• Experience at a rapidly scaling developer-tools, infrastructure, or security company.

• Ownership of enterprise pricing, packaging, or major customer negotiations.

• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, SIEM platforms, and enterprise cost-management integrations.

Location and work model

• Full-time role based in New York City.

• Five days per week in the office.

• Relocation support may be available case by case for candidates who can start quickly.

• Visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers, may be considered.

• $200,000 to $240,000 base salary.

• Competitive equity with early-exercise stock options.

• Broad ownership across a growing enterprise platform.

• Direct access to founders, engineering leaders, customers, and go-to-market leadership.
