What will you do at Prosper Health?

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with 5+ YOE to join our engineering team. We need a full-stack builder who is product-minded, excited to take real ownership, and motivated to help build the first comprehensive platform for autistic and neurodivergent adults. This is a foundational hire as Prosper scales into new verticals — ADHD diagnosis, medication management, and clinician supervision tooling — with a Series B underway.

Responsibilities

Build net-new product across the full stack — from client intake flows and clinician tooling to medication management and ADHD expansion features (~70% greenfield) Design and ship backend APIs and frontend experiences in a TypeScript monorepo (Node/Fastify, React, Supabase, tRPC, Prisma) Collaborate directly with operations, clinical teams, and soon two incoming PMs to identify, validate, and ship solutions to real user problems Own projects end to end — from early scoping through to production — with meaningful influence on product direction Contribute to a high-quality developer experience: CI/CD, observability tooling, and code quality standards
