Read more at Role: Enterprise Implementation Engineer Overview You’ll work with our largest, most critical customers to help implement our product on top of their existing systems. In your first 30 days, you may: Visit a customer plant or office to understand how their current processes run, collecting insight on product and integration requirements Plan, build, and ship an integration with a new ERP or CRM in coordination with a customers IT team.
Dive deep into messy data integration challenges that even our customers don’t understand about their own data Setup comprehensive monitoring so we can know something is going wrong before our customers do. What you will work on? Core product features from frontend to backend.
Infrastructure that keeps agents reliable in real environments. Customer understanding through direct exposure to plants and operations. Evaluation and deployment of new AI capabilities.
What we look for
- You’re willing and comfortable digging into the weeds when needed, but equally willing to let Claude cook for straightforward tasks.
- You can clearly explain a complicated system to at the right level of detail to both highly technical teammates and non technical users.
- Based in San Francisco.
- We work in person because sometimes you do just need a good white-boarding session.
- Experience with some or all of the following: Typescript, Nextjs, BigQuery, ECS, Pulumi, Datadog.
