About the role

What will you do at Oracle?

Contributes to tracking and monitoring ongoing Data Center critical

infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines to pre-defined

service level agreements (SLAs). Participates in managing incidents that impact

Data Center infrastructure services and the proactive and timely resolution of

such incidents. Supports on-site data centers operations in relation to the

engineering infrastructure. Contributes to the creation and upkeep of

best-in-class policies and procedures. Participates in training programs for

newer members of the team.
