About the job We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You’ll be responsible for owning the creation of high-fidelity demo prototypes, supporting product iteration, and helping evolve our design systems and workflows. Beyond just designing great user experiences, we need someone who can orchestrate the design function , collaborating across departments, bringing structure to growing demands, and accelerating the quality and speed of design delivery. This is a high-impact role that requires maturity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
You’ll be the third designer on a small but mighty team, bringing both leadership and deep craft.
Responsibilities
- Design&Prototype: Own the end-to-end creation of high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for sales demos, internal showcases, and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.
- Coordinate Design Operations: Help prioritize, manage, and align design tasks across the team to ensure consistent output, clear ownership, and delivery velocity.
- Elevate Visual&UX Standards: Support and evolve our design systems to ensure cohesion and scalability across the product.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews to gather feedback and iterate on designs quickly.
- Mentor&Lead by Example: Bring senior-level perspective and thought partnership to help raise the bar for design craft and cross-functional collaboration.
- About you You will succeed in this role if: You have 2+ years of experience designing SaaS products, ideally in fast-paced, growth-stage companies.
- You’re fluent in tools like Figma (preferred), Framer, or other prototyping and design platforms.
- You’ve built high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that have been used for sales, demos, or internal pitching.
- You have a sharp eye for design and UX details, but can also see the big picture and business context.
- You’re experienced in contributing to and maintaining scalable design systems.
- You’re a clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- You enjoy taking ownership of ambiguous problems and turning them into structured solutions.
- You value feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously seek to improve both product and process.
- You bring calm and structure to chaos, thriving in an environment where speed, quality, and agility matter.
