What will you do at Netomi?
We are looking for a Staff Agentic AI Engineer with 5-7+ years of experience in AI/ML to help evolve Netomi's agentic platform into the marketing and top-of-funnel space. You'll be joining an innovation-focused team at a company that already powers millions of customer interactions monthly for brands like Delta, United, and DraftKings — and is now expanding into sales and marketing automation following a Series C led by Accenture and Adobe. What will you be doing?
Research and evaluate emerging agentic AI patterns, new models, and frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) to expand marketing-oriented automation capabilities (~60% developing / 40% shipping) Build knowledge graphs from unstructured data (product catalogs, websites) to power agents that deliver personalized cross-sell, upsell, and product recommendations Integrate with and leverage Adobe marketing data (AEP, Real-Time CDP, Analytics) and other MarTech platforms (Contentful, Tealium, Sitecore) to inform agent decision-making Design and implement LLM evaluation systems including LLM-as-judge workflows, observability, and performance diagnosis for production agentic systems Operate autonomously to identify new opportunities — proactively proposing capabilities the platform should pursue as new models and technologies emerge Key Requirements 5-7+ years in data science, applied ML, or NLP — candidates with a data science or ML background strongly preferred over pure software engineers 3+ years applying AI/ML in the marketing domain (e.g., lead scoring, personalization, customer journey analytics) Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or related agent orchestration frameworks Experience working with Adobe marketing data (AEP, CDP, Analytics) or comparable MarTech platforms (Contentful, Tealium) Must be based in Canada; comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
