We are seeking part-time Nurse Practitioners for our SoHo clinic in New York.

Each role is approximately 23 hours per week, scheduled across three days. Part-time clinicians receive prorated paid time off and sick leave. Health benefits are available to full-time clinicians only.

Clinic Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM to 8:00 PMFriday and Saturday: 7:15 AM to 3:30 PMClosed Sundays Scheduling Details:All part-time openings require Friday and Saturday shifts each week, 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM.In addition, select one weekday half-day from the following options:Monday morning: 7:15 AM to 1:30 PMMonday afternoon: 1:45 PM to 8:00 PMThursday morning: 7:15 AM to 1:30 PMThursday afternoon: 1:45 PM to 8:00 PMRole PurposeNurse Practitioner to deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in New York — using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next.

This is a deeply collaborative role at the intersection of clinical excellence, member experience, and a conviction that catching things early changes lives.

You'll practice with autonomous scope where appropriate, partner closely with Physicians for escalation and collaborative review, and work alongside Operators and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience.What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 MonthsComprehensive preventive health screenings delivered using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support — with consistent quality across every member visit.Personalized, action-oriented health plans created from screening data, translated into next steps the member actually takes — measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes.Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies that lands — measured by how the member felt about the consultation, not just the clinical findings.Clear, timely escalation to Physicians on findings that warrant physician-level review — strengthening continuity of care and clinical quality across the clinic.Cross-functional collaboration with Operators, Physicians, and care teams that improves continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.What We're Hiring ForGenuine belief in the mission — a personal commitment to preventive medicine, not just as a specialism, but as a way of practicing.
