About the role
What will you do at Navy Federal Credit Union?
To deliver reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the
Overseas Military Banking Program. This hands‑on role focuses on systems
administration, modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, networking
fundamentals, and responsive support for employees and infrastructure. Takes
ownership of technical issues and projects, demonstrates strong initiative, and
proactively identifies opportunities to improve service reliability and reduce
technical debt. This role does not require management experience but does
require the ability to independently lead technical workstreams and collaborate
effectively across teams. Participation in an on‑call rotation and occasional
after-hours work is required.
Navy Federal provides much more than a job. We provide a meaningful career
experience, including a culture that is energized, engaged and committed; and
fierce appreciation for our teams, who are rewarded with highly competitive pay
and generous benefits and perks.
Our approach to careers is simple yet powerful: Make our mission your passion.
