About the role
What will you do at Moritz?
As our Founding Product Designer, you'll own Moritz's product experience end to end. You'll be our first design hire, with the mandate to define how AI-native legal work looks and feels; on a platform that automates 80% of legal work and manages communication between lawyers and clients. This is a rare zero-to-one role for someone with exceptional craft: turning complex, high-stakes legal workflows into interfaces that feel simple, fast, and inevitable.
You'll set the design bar for the entire company; the product, the design system, and the culture around them — working alongside talented software and AI engineers, and directly with the founders.
