About the role
What will you do at MadeThis?
MadeThis is your AI co-founder. Describe a business and it builds it, launches it, and runs it, autonomously. The agent writes the code, ships the product, answers the customers, and spends the ad budget.
We're 3 people with 30,000+ businesses on the platform. We went from $0 to $1M in revenue in our first 90 days and we're on track for $10M ARR by December. We're hiring our first engineers to build self-driving businesses at scale, for the people whose livelihoods now depend on them.
What you'll do - Own core platform systems end to end: the agent runtime, billing, deploys, the storefront fleet. - Scale infrastructure that runs tens of thousands of live businesses, each with real customers and real revenue. - Ship daily. The distance between an idea and a customer using it is hours. - Work directly with the founders. No layers between you and the decisions.
What success looks like in your first 30 days - Shipped or improved features driving a $1M+ lift in platform revenue. - Dozens of PRs merged and running in production. - Evolved our software factory so the agents that build our customers' businesses produce measurably higher quality code. - Saved MadeThis millions by optimizing infrastructure spend.
You might be a fit if - You have deep expertise in a business function you've worked in before, like finance, marketing, sales, growth, or product, and you can build. - Or you're a deep infrastructure engineer who wants their work to reach real businesses the same day it ships. - Data or ML experience is a plus. - You want ownership of problems, not a queue of tickets. Details - San Francisco, in person - $250k+ salary, 1%+ equity - Hiring 1 to 3 for this role Skip the cover letter.
