For enterprises, we integrate with their existing business infrastructure (CRM, ERM, EOR, etc.) and automate repeatable business operations with “AI employees”. What you'll do - Embed with one enterprise customer and own the outcome, from the first audit to a working AI employee. - Build their company brain: connect the tools, model the workflows, train the agent on their best people. - Work on-site. You're the face of MadeThis inside their walls.

What success looks like in your first 30 days - Sourced, closed, and implemented a mid-market or enterprise deal worth $60k in annual contract value. - Built repeatable systems from that first deal so the next ones close and deploy faster. You might be a fit if - You're a strong generalist engineer who likes shipping inside someone else's world. - You can sit with a CEO in the morning and debug a pipeline in the afternoon. - You want ownership of a customer, not a queue of tickets.
