What will you do at LiteLLM?

We are looking for 3 Founding AI Product Engineers with 2+ years of experience to join LiteLLM and help build the next generation of AI infrastructure products. You'll work directly with the founders to talk to customers, identify what developers need, and ship production features at speed. This is a hybrid product and engineering role at a meaningfully profitable company ($14M+ ARR, growing 20% MoM) trusted by Nvidia, NASA, Netflix, and the Department of Defense.

We need someone who thrives in ambiguity, has strong product intuition, and has demonstrated the ability to build and ship at an early-stage startup. What will you be doing?

Talking directly to customers to understand pain points, validate solutions, and translate feedback into shipped features Building new product features end-to-end — from concept to production code — using Python and FastAPI Working with the founders to define and build LiteLLM's second major product Prototyping new ideas, iterating based on real user feedback, and shipping quickly Owning major product areas across backend APIs, dashboard, and developer experiences
