What will you do at Leadbay?

Field Deployed Engineer role requiring travel to client sites (a minimum of ~6 days per month, up to 3 days per week) to deploy infrastructure, demonstrate the product's capabilities, and show clients how to build their own systems using the platform. The role involves interacting with senior stakeholders (company presidents, heads of sales, heads of marketing) and occasionally playing a role in commercial deals. The engineer continuously improves the tech based on new use cases discovered on the ground.

Candidates should be engineering-school graduates (CS background), technically strong but also 'vibe coders' with good product understanding and strong communication skills who can interact with enterprise clients. GitHub activity, side projects, and self-taught ability to learn new technologies are heavily weighted. Preference for entrepreneurial, autodidact profiles and American nationals for client-facing cultural fit.
