About the role
What will you do at Laminar?
Laminar | Technical Intern About Laminar Laminar (formerly SRE.ai) is an early-stage, AI-native startup on a mission to bring enterprise systems delivery without the turbulence. We build AI agents that automate Salesforce DevOps, giving organizations customized, executable workflows in place of slow, manual processes. We're an ex-Google-led team, remote-first, with people across California, the UK, Spain, and India.
Salesforce Ventures led our seed round, and we're well funded heading into our Series A. Our client roster includes McKesson, and we recently signed OpenAI. We run flat.
There's no middle management, and all of our engineers carry the title Member of Technical Staff. As an intern here, you'll work directly with the people building the product.
About the Role
As a Technical Intern, you'll work alongside our engineering team on real, shipped work. This isn't a shadow-and-observe internship. You'll write code that ships, learn our stack, and see firsthand how a fast-moving AI startup operates.
What You'll Need Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing code in JavaScript/React, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience building personal or research projects.
- Familiarity with Git and standard CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of relational database design and basic web application architecture.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Experience using AI coding assistants, such as Claude, to develop and review software.
- We don't expect every applicant to check every box.
- If the work excites you, apply anyway.
