M365 Copilot Senior Solutions Engineer

The M365 Copilot Senior Solutions Engineer is a hands-on technical role

responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 Copilot,

Copilot Chat, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and AI driven solutions across the

enterprise. As a member of the Collaboration Products Team, this role works

closely with architects, engineers, and business partners to translate

requirements into secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions that improve

productivity and deliver measurable business value.

This role designs, builds, and maintains APIs and connectors to integrate

Copilot capabilities with enterprise systems, while also building, testing, and

maintaining Copilot Studio agents, prompts, and AI-enabled workflows. The

engineer provides hands-on guidance and support for Microsoft Power Platform

solutions—including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI—to extend Copilot

workflows and enhance automation and reporting outcomes.

• boundaries, security controls, and Microsoft 365 integration points; supporting
• adoption initiatives through readiness activities, use case implementation, and
• phased rollouts; and participating in technical workshops, demonstrations, and
• training sessions. Role will provide operational support for Copilot related
• incidents, while translating business requirements into effective Copilot
• workflows, prompts, and automation.
• While the primary focus remains on M365 Copilot and Power Platform, the
• expectation is to demonstrate strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Integration,
• Prompt engineering, Ethical AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine
• Learning (ML), Model fine-tuning, AI Observability & monitoring, Large Language
• models (LLM), Conversational AI and Responsible & Enterprise AI.
• Provide advanced and/or cross-technology engineering through all phases of the
• Technology/Project Life Cycle. Accountable for the overall systems
• infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and
• technical services and support. Design, implement/install, maintain and
• administer infrastructure systems including hardware, software and various
• configurations. Monitor overall performance to proactively identify potential
• issues and tune appropriately. Perform root cause analysis on failed components
• and implement corrective measures. Mentor and coach others to establish and
• improve processes and procedures. Demonstrate the company's core values of
