Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist with strong expertise in networking

and systems administration. This role is primarily focused on maintaining robust

network infrastructure and reliable systems, while supporting mobile

connectivity, cloud services, and Apple device management as needed. This is an

onsite role in St Louis, MO

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (wired,
wireless, switches, access points, firewalls, and VPNs)
• Perform systems administration tasks for servers, endpoints, and related
infrastructure
• Monitor network performance, security, and uptime
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security policies
• Support mobile connectivity solutions and device management
• Assist with Apple iOS device deployment and troubleshooting when required
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, sysadmin procedures, and
troubleshooting
• Ensure overall IT security and compliance standards are met
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for networking and systems-related
issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in networking (routers, switches, wireless, VLANs, VPNs,
firewalls)
• Solid systems administration background (servers, endpoints, and
infrastructure management)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Cloud technologies and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with mobile connectivity solutions and enterprise mobility
• Familiarity with Apple iOS devices, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and MDM
platforms
• Security experience (firewall management, endpoint protection, compliance)
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, or Apple
Certified IT Professional
• Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, etc.)
